Our Mission: To improve the well being of Latinos in Washington State, especially those most in need, by supporting localorganizations that improve the health, education, community and economic development of the Latino community.

Our Approach: The Latino Community Fund (LCF) was formed in 2006 by a group of Washington State residents of Hispanic/Latino heritage in order to address the growing needs of the Latino community. The Latino Community Fund's approach is to capitalize on the Latino community's best resource, it people, in order to identify, share and advocate for successful culturally relevant and linguistically appropriate organizations, programs and practices.
LCF improves the lives of Latino children, youth, and families by strengthening innovative programs in health, education, community and economic development. We do this by:

Strengthening Latino professionals, community members and youth to empower them to invest and/or give back to their communities
Identifying, sharing and advocating for what is working to strengthen the Latino community
Building capacity of existing successful programs that improve the well-being of Latinos through trainings and networking opportunities
Collaborating with individuals and organizations to increase the amount of financial resources invested in Latino programs and to provide leadership training for the Latino community

Our Vision:Healthy and educated Latino families building vibrant local communities and economies in Washington State.
