The Latino Community Fund is excited to announce the opening of our 2025-26 Alianza Fellowship Program!

Applications open today, Friday, August 8, with a priority deadline of August 31 at 11:59 PM. The final deadline to turn in applications is September 7 @ 11:59 PM. You can apply using the button below. 

This year the program is proud to welcome four fellows across King County and Franklin County in TriCities.

Like previous years, the fellowship is an opportunity for youth of color (ages 19-24) to develop skills in organizing youth programs, supporting civic engagement activities, and planning events for our youth leaders in Washington State. Through the program youth will also connect with other young leaders to build collective unity. 

Over the years the Alianza Fellowship Program has established a network of powerful local leaders committed to advocating for immigrant and working class Latino families in Washington State. This year we are happy to welcome a new cohort into the Alianza community.
