July 23: SEATTLE: LATINO CONSERVATION WEEK AT Seward Park

 Join us for a bird watching forest hike with the Audubon Society and build your own mushroom kit! Lead Naturalist Ed Dominguez leads our trek through the fields and forest at Seward Park as we tune in to migrating and resident birds and bring them into view as the opportunity allows. Lead mushroom enthusiast Daniel Lopez will demonstrate how to grow your own mushrooms and each participant will go home with their own mushroom kit. Enjoy free food and music with our community! Folks who identify as Latine/a/o or Afro Latino/a/e as well as allies, friends, and family are welcome. No experience necessary. FREE lunch and materials will be provided.
