July Newsletter

Since COVID-19 hit WA State, we have worked alongside community to bring food to community, support farmworkers during strikes across Central WA, support local Latino businesses in King and Yakima Counties, and provide weekly COVID-19 updates on radio. And you have been there every step of the way. All the funds raised through our COVID-19 RESILIENCY FUND have provided direct support for workers, families, businesses - our community! And now, Latino Community Fund is saying ALL IN WA! This coalition of nonprofits, community foundation, businesses, and local leaders from WA is coming together to bring awareness across WA on how we can support community.

Funds will directly support families and local businesses through our food voucher program, provide funds for farmworkers, and support local nonprofits.

The results of the 2020 Census will help determine how hundreds of billions of dollars in federal funding flow into communities every year for the next decade. That funding shapes many different aspects of every community, no matter the size, no matter the location.
