Latinx Unidos of the South Sound (LUSS) serves and benefits communities in the South Sound region by creating culturally rooted, community-driven opportunities that elevate, connect, and empower Latine residents. Since its founding in 2016, LUSS has worked to strengthen community cohesion, improve access to resources, and increase the visibility and inclusion of Latine voices in civic and cultural spaces. 

By centering Latine voices, celebrating cultural identity, and addressing real-time community needs, LUSS creates inclusive spaces where community members are not only participants but leaders and co-creators. This approach ensures that the organization’s work remains responsive, relevant, and impactful across Washington State.
